If you have any concern that your package will not make it on time please email us at luxury@estloyalty.com or call us at our dedicated line prior to placing your order.

Order Processing:
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 5pm PST will begin processing that day and ship within 48 hours pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 5PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Furthermore, orders placed on Saturday after 5PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Domestic:

Orders placed on estloyalty.com ship by UPS or USPS; signature needed for delivery.  If you request not to have to sign, you will be liable for lost or damaged goods.

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing domestic orders.  If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact us at LUXURY@ESTLOYALTY.COM

Please note:  UPS is unable to deliver items to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPA address.

International:

Est. Loyalty uses DHL & USPS for all international deliveries. Furthermore, rates are calculated based on destination and weight of package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the consumer’s local government are the responsibility of the consumer.

Items will be shipped from either Bloomington, IN, or Los Angeles, CA depending on item type. Preorder items will ship form Los Angeles and regular items will ship from Bloomington. An official invoice will declare the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.

 

Shipping Restrictions
Once we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you therefore assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are solely responsible for any additional duties and taxes. Est. Loyalty will not be held responsible for fees charged by customs departments. If you choose to refuse any shipments from Est. Loyalty, you are solely responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any taxes and/or customs charges, or duties that are incurred on the package (on both the return shipment and originals), and the cost of returning the package to Est. Loyalty. This amount will then be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Return Policy

At this time, all sales on estloyalty.com are final due to being made to order.   

Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. Please send us an email at luxury@estloyalty.com or give us a call at  +1 (800) 378-2690  any prior questions or concerns. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased.
